One night Secret Soul Club played a gig in Oberlin, at the Feve, which was not particularly well attended because of a snowstorm. The night was kind of a dud until Party Sweat busted this out nearly causing me to spit out my beer. Jimmy Norman’s “I Don’t Love You No More” might be the funniest song in my collection.

Everything about this song is hilarious. The phone call at the beginning, the lyrics, and the upbeat arrangement. It’s also probably the most blunt song I’ve ever heard. I don’t think I’d have the balls to break up with someone this cheerfully. Can’t blame the guy for being honest, at least he doesn’t beat around the bush.
